merry x'mas!!
its the day after boxing day :) this year's x'mas celebration are a bit bland but well i had fun. :)

23 dec
went out with ming and jovena on 23 for the emporium movie. [i cant spell the full name :s] movie tix blew a hole in my pocket 9.50! oh my gosh! mayb the movie jus came out so there was only a hand full of pple inside the cinema. its was all parents bringing their kids to the movies, the 3 of us were being overgrown kids there! hahas... it ended quite abruptly, like the golden compass but oh well...

after movie, we wanted to go down to esplanade to take a walk down the singapore river and cam whore but it started raining! and outside esplanade was all construction sites. sigh, we ended up listening to pple caroling. :) pretty festive mood.

x'mas eve was shopping with my mum at orchard! :) cause she had taka voucher. everything at taka was high end, oh my goodness! i bought a dress for my cousin 21st birthday and my mum bought a knit wear top. was wearing my new shoes that day and my legs almost died on me! thank god for plasters! bossini was having a sale too! and i got 2 top! i love new clothes!

we went hougang mall to buy food for our x'mas hot plate cum steamboat dinner :) i had an unpleasant encounter with a certain kind of pple while waiting for the lift.:(

my alcohol level is seriously low! i drank the fruit juice with 4.8% alcohol and after only half a bottle, my face was already super red and hot! my dad opened a bottle of tiger beer and i drank 1/4 of the bottle, tipsy! hahas... i wasnt drunk but my face was red and hot! midnight mass until 2 and i could barely open my eyes the next day!

x'mas day was picnicing with my cousin's family at sentosa! we reached like super early and the beach was practically deserted! we took the beach train round and round the island and we didnt need to get off cause there was nobody waiting to board the train! hahas... we ended up at the stop before the palawan beach interchange.

we found a nice spot for picnic under the trees and we were playing “抓鬼”。pretty boring and being the gambling addicts that we were, we started playing black jack and used another deck of cards as "money"!:p i lose all the way los! unfairness! i even got negative because all the black jacks happened when i was the banker!

unfortunately, the good weather did not last and it started raining at about 1 plus. at first,we were still trying to act tough by using umbrella and the seating mats to cover ourselves and wanted to wait for the rain to stop. but the rain only got heavier and heavier. soaked to the skin! and we headed off to my aunt's club house to bathe! whoo hoo! i love hot running water in the shower!

after that, it was back to my house for mahjong! i won at the mahjong table but lose again at black jack and "in between". oh well, luck wasnt on my side that day! hahas... it was a fun day tho not very christmasy! hahas... new year is coming!
