my lappie seriously cant be any laggy-er! the wireless at downtown east seriously sucks to the max! i was overjoyed when boss told me that downtown east got wireless so i brought my lappie along so that i can watch my 张栋梁 tonight because only me and my brother staying over! you dun expect me to htht with my brother dun you? hahahas!

when we checked in, i still confirmed with the reception that there is wireless connection in the rooms. however, when i tried connecting in the room, i found that i couldnt! and upon calling the operator then did i realise that i COULD NOT connect to the internet in the rooms and i can only do so in the lobby area!! argh!! so the rest of the day was mahjong mahjong and more mahjong with my aunt and grandma! only now that my mum is taking over me that i can actually sneak out to macs to download my show! argh! even then, i had to go through so much trouble jus to connect to the internet! jus goes to show that singapore is not as connected as they claim to be!

how long more do i have to wait before i can finish downloading the show and watch it in the comfort of my room? someone entertain me!! i'm going to finish blogging soon1 and my show is not even half loaded! :s

now i asking sirta to intro me to some websites for online shopping so i can will my time away! :D

it has been a long time since i have so crazily catched a drama serial! i have been itching to watch 无敌珊宝妹 since i know that 张栋梁was acting in it. finally i got the chance to do so yest when i finished the 2 hong kong dramas that my aunt lent me and off to the vcd shop to borrow this show! whoo hoo! this show is so captivating that i cant stop watching it! its one episode after another! and by the time i finished the 8 chapters, it was about 5.30am! gosh! got a shock and off to slumber land i was! whahahas!

haven felt so high for so long! :D yest when i was waiting for the tv downstairs, pok came online and the both of us went mad about our ou xiang! :D she went goo goo gaga over her fei lun hai while i went high over 张栋梁！whahahahas! highness! 我的微笑王子！:D

i 'm jus glad that i found back the highness that i loved during my sec sch days! (: sometimes, it doesnt hurt to indulge in the things that you love once in a while ((: i am waiting for pok to come back and go high with me! :D and hoping that she managed to buy back this set of dvds for me! i dun like to watch on youtube or tudou where i have to wait for the show to load and the resolution is terrible!

its going to be a busy busy sem next year! arts quiz PD and food hunt programmer. god bless me that i can get through the next sem!

merry x'mas!! this year's x'mas is the best in 3 years! alpheus came over for x'ma and it highness all the way! :D

sabby met me at dhoby ghaut in the afternoon to collec the log cake, turkey roll and ham. at the same time, she did some shopping for her gift too! oooh! sabby's gift was very much sought after by the girls! hahahas! ran a lot of errands :s

hong ping and boss were the earliest to arrive... den boss rmbed that he forgot to buy the presents for the gift exchange and off we went to hougang mall again! hong ping was complaining all the way abt how he jus washed his feet! whahahas! sab and i wanted to buy candy canes too! :D what is x'mas without candy canes?? ((:

kaimin, ash, edwin, pam and xin yun arrived subsequently in this order(: while waiting for everyone, we were entertaining ourselvs with xiao niang re and a documentary abt tortoise and crocodile! :D the documentary was quite boring and we were finding things to laugh at:P

i must say that kaimin and hong ping really have big stomaches! hahahas! i lost track of the number of rounds of food that they went! hahahs! but good! they help me finish the food! :D while the guys were entertaining themselves with the rat movie[the name too hard to spell liao!], the girls were labelling the presents and camwhoring!

at 11.50, we lucky picked the numbers for the gift exchange. everyone decided to pick the numbers according to birthdays and being the youngest, i was left with the last one! cannot choose! hahahas! i got the number 1 which was edwin's present! a twilight book! when we finished unwrapping all our presents, it was 12 sharp! so we went outside to the corridor to pull party poppers and shout merry x'mas! :D lucky the police didnt turn up!

i opened the presents that my parents got me! shock of my life! the super giant lollipop! ho! and i thought the lollipop that ash bought for me was mega big! hahahas! chatting and taking lots of photos! everyone left ard 1am ((:

overall a x'mas well spent! (: the season of love and giving! thanks alpheus for giving me a memorable 2008 x'mas! (: lovess!!!

oooh... i am finally at home! taking a much needed rest physically and my wallet doesnt get so much stress too! whahahas!

i met up with joyce and sirta last week! long time since i sit down and had a good chat with them ((: esp joyce who used to be called my clonnie! :D hahahas! those were the sec school days! who reminds me that i haven organized a 4dee class outing this year! mayb chinese new year (:

i meet sirta twice! once for shopping and once for kbox yest! go kbox with sirta very entertaining one! cause whether or not she is singing, she has lots of actions to fit the lyrics de! hahahas! you will jus die of laughing! and we both agreed that yest was not a good day for singing cause our voices came out all weird and croaky! :D and grrr!! kbox now has the same system as party world! which is such that they will off the system and cancel all your songs when the time is up!! hopefully it is only the hougang branch that has this system! ):

went for boss's musical with da jie and sab on sat! we thought we were the only ones going on that day and it turned out that jesmine, kristen, ysl, sarah and her fren was going on the same day as us too! the musical was nicce! and thankfully the plot was easy to understand! hahahas!

sunday went to mind's cafe for the youth association thingie and there were more of the organizers than the participants! oh my! sunday was 过冬 and my family had steamboat. (: my dad opened 2 bottles of so called sparkling juice which tasted like alcohol! and after drinking abt 5 mouths, my face started to turn red and i was feeling super sleepy! only to find out that the alcohol level in the 'sparkling juice' was 11.5%! oh mans! it was a wonder that i did not fall asleep at the table there and then! this proves that i cannot drink! :P

results came out today... better than i dare to expect but there is a tad disappointment.. hee hee! next sem and the 7 more sem to come, i will jiayous jiayous!! but there was 2 shockers! i did better for soci and changing landscpaes than the 2 chinese mods... bell curves... tsk tsk!

MIA joanne is back! :D i have been mia-ing because i went to my cousin's house to stay over over the weekend when my brother was away at rugby trip and my parents went for their second honeymoon! i was initially quite lazy to pack clothes to my cousin's hosue but my aunt lured me with the prospect of lots of hong kong drama and i relented! hahahas!

monday my aunt treated me and my cousin to partyworld! whoo hoo! that was the first time in months in which i got to hold the mike! :D wonder!

and i went kbox with alpheus again yest! zhijun, shiru, hong ping, ash, pam, yan wei and me! :D i really drop my specs! alpheus is hiding a lot of potential singers! esp the guys! act we thought can use zhijun's 10 bucks nett voucher but it could only be used at clementi so yesh! another kbox session coming up! :D kbox with them is fun because hong ping would sing all the weird weird songs like 榕树下and 五佰's songs! hahahas! the funny thing is that he likes to imitate pam's singing and pam would like more than anything to throw her shoes at him! whahahas!

shiru and zhijun were taking countless photos! hahahas! we even recorded videos of the potential singers wors! whahahahs!

i met valerie yest! and it was in a perculiar way! hahahas! i was at macs packeting food into kbox when i noticed the guy beside me. i thought he looked very familiar and when i looked further i thought he might be samuel but i was not very sure because i saw him for less than 5 times! so i keep turning back to look at the people sitting at the tables hoping to spot valerie but i couldnt find her! until the samuel look alike walked back to his table den i spotted valerie! hahahahaa! so qiao! i think she was quite shocked when i ruffled her hair! :D but alas! i forgot to take photo with her!!

whoo hoo! i have gained the name of late queen! :P this is because whenever i have to meet someone these few days, i would be late :S

have been meeting pok for the past 3 days! :D yesterday i met her for lunch at hougang mall and to buy my basket bag. to my horror, i found that the shop is no longer selling the basket bag that i so badly want!! argh!! and it started raining without any warning! to make things worst, i didnt bring the clothes in from the balcony! by the time i stepped out of hougang mall, it was threatening to rain so i ran all the way home!

today i was supposed to meet doro to return her her DVDs at 9.30 but i overslept! i think i would have continued sleeping if doro did not call my house! when she called me, it was already 9.50! and by the time i bathed and rushed out of the house to meet doro, it was 10.10! opps! had a fun time catching up with her and we set a date for catch up lunch with melissa and zhi liang too!

after meeting doro, i met pok again to accompany her to dhoby ghaut to buy materials to make x'mas card! i brought along jo the bear for stuffing too! he has become too nua already! but after the stuffing, i sorta regretted cause now he is too fat and hard! i prefer the nua bear! easier to hug and to feel its heartbeat too! :D jojo the penguin finally has his birth certificate! :D

pok couldnt find the arts materials up to her liking... and surprisingly we managed to find suitable materials in daiso! unexpected place!

my parents are flying off to macau tmr and leaving me to fend for myself! ): i was supposed to go to my cousin's house but i very lazy to pack clothes :P plus i have to go to school tmr for FOP meetings. hopefully it ends early... so that i can fulfill my dinne date with dory and jo! :D

okays! dun say that i am suay ku! for the first time today, i went to haji lane with pok, sab and xinyun today! now now! dun laugh at me! there is always a first time for everyone k!

we were supposed to meet at 11am but in the end all of us were late! and i was the latest! they ganged up to play a trick on me! cause we made a pact that whoever was the latest have to treat lunch and i thought that xin yun would be the latest de. so imagine my relief when i saw pok and sab at the control station! only to find out that xinyun was standing outside the station so i was the latest afterall!

we were quite early and most of the shops were not open yet so sabby brought us to an egyptian restaurant! one word: exotic! hahahas! there are a lot of stuff which i have never eaten before! even the chicken and mutton are cooked in various ways! :D

we walked from the start till the end of haji lane and there were so many pretty clothes up for grabs!! BUT the price is enough to make ur heart stop! i had my eyes set on a jumper suit but the price tag was $89.90! no no! i didnt buy anything cause my main target of the day was my basket bag which i didnt find at all! sab, pok and xin yun all had 收获! :D

after haji lane, we went to bugis village.. once again, i cant find my bag as well ): guess i have to get them at hougang mall instead! which i am going to with pok tmr! :D yay yay!!

i am so dead! the deadline for FOP proposal is tmr and i still haven started on it yet!! :S

i'm back and boy am i glad to be home!!

took tiger airways to malaysia and back and i love the take off and landing feeling! last time when da jie told me that she was taking tiger airways to bangkok i tell her not safe. cause tiger airways gives me the impression that once the plane take off, the wings will drop off or something! opps! and the next thing i know, my dad had booked tiger airways tix to malaysia! ohmitian! hahhaas!

malaysia's budget terminal is really very budget!! on my return flight home, it was raining and when i stepped out of the car i saw pails and pails everywhere! only when water dripped on me den i realise that the pails were to collect water cause the roof was leaking! singapore's budget terminal is a million times better!!

i went to genting with a sore throat and i came back with flu! aiyoyoyo... everytime go genting sure sick de! i think the late nights and not enough sleep had made me super heaty so i was like radiating heat from within but i wasnt having fever! there was this baskin robins ice cream shop next to a herbal tea shop. you can see the age divide. the youngsters were in the icecream shop while the aunties and uncles were in the herbal shop! but in order to clear away my heatiness, me, my bro and my cousin went to the herbal tea shop! sticking out like a sore thumb! the herbal tea was really bitter, esp when i told the person to add in more herbal powder for me to stregthen the effect!!

this time didnt manage to go to the outdoor theme park cause it was raining cats and dogs everuyday and the indoor theme park was super sians. so it was movie, arcade and karaoke! i watched BOLT twice!! this has got to be the best show this year!!

i went into the casino!! 3 times and i didnt get caught!! :D this was the opp for my cousin! though she was 21, whenever she went into the casino, she will kenna stop and need to show her IC! ultimate sianess!! last time i used to wonder what is so interesting about jackpot machines but now i think i am hooked!! whahahas!

next time when i go on tours, i need to bring gastric medicine cause i cant tahan long car rides! they make me sick! ):

whahahas! i cant believe what i am doing! i am blogging in the budget terminal while waiting to board the plane! whenever i tell people tht i would be flying off today, they think that i am going somewhere far for holiday. but in actual fact i am only going malaysia! hahas! it was the only available transport left! no more coach seats!



anyways! since i am only limited to 15 mins before they auto log me out of the system, i shall be brisk! i celebrated for the 3rd time end of exams! whahahs! and this time it was my own! it was a end of exams celebration cum ming ee's birthday celebration! mingee didnt suspect anything!



we ate at changing appetite and all that i can say is that the food is really sinful!! i had 'cheese the chicken' which as the name suggests is chicken with lots and lots of chinese! sinful but delicious!! and i had this whole cup of ice choclate with whip cream! and i even had waffles ice cream shared with sab as dessert!! sinful!! i was telling them tat i have to walk all the way to genting from the bottom of the moutain in order to burn all the calories that i absorbed yest!!



when we were almost done with dinner, sherman signalled to the waitress to bring out the mud pie birthday cake together with the present! even when the 'cake' was right on top of her, mingee still didnt suspect anything! our dear blur mingee!! hahahahas! i thought she would exclaim like hong ping that her bday present was of disturbing material but it turned out that mingee likes her preset a lot! we printed a pillow case for her with the pic of her wearing geeky specs!! it was super cutee! i dun have the photo here tho!



anyways, after dinner we went to watch Bolt! the movie that i have been dying to see!!! and it was really a super super cute movie!! make my $8.50 total worth!! Bolt is soooo super cute!! esp his squeaking carrot toy! whahahahas!! sabby loves the fanatic hamster called Rhino!! i am definitely going to buy the DVD when it comes out!!



i have to end the entry soon! my 15 mins is almost up! really enjoyed myself with ALPHEUS yest! laughing and playing without exam stess is the bestest feeling on earth!! whahahahas! many more activities to come this dec! starting with a baking session at sabby's house after i come back! hahahas!! take care pple!! i am going to win 5000 RM back!! whahahs! :D

i feel like i jus celebrated yet another end of exams when my last paper is like this thurs!! whahahas! i went out to eat with shiru, xinyun and sab yest (: hong kong cafe!

initially when i sat for the chinese studies papers, i was super sian cause when i think about the ah tiongs pulling steep the bell curve, it jus makes me feel chui! i went into the exam hall feeling very much burdened by this module ): however, to my surprise, one hour into the paper, many people left the exam hall. it could be because that they have finished the paper or they dunno how to answer the ques. i pray that it is because they dunno how to answer the ques den at least the bell curve wouldnt be too steep! if not there goes my cap and exchange programme! ):

sabby is going to pull party poppers at my exam venue this thurs! this is to celebrate the end of my exams!! whahahahas! and it got ash and shiru asking sab to pull party poppers at their last papers too and sab came complaining to me that i made her the official party popper in charge! hahahas! yesh! og outing this thurs! ((:

x'mas this year is bound to be differenet! if all goes well, we are going to have a x'mas gathering at my house!! finally after 3 years of silence, my house would have the festive mood again!! since my maid left, my mum haven had a x'mas party cause she say nobody to help her cook! yay!! celebrating the season of love with the LOVE of my life ALPHEUS! what more can i ask for?? hee hee!!
